Attempted to install the gibson cat back but ended up driving 15 minutes to a custom exhaust shop and paying $100 to have the pros do it.

The bolts were rusted on so bad that hand tools wasn't going to cut it.

I also found this in my spare tire:

I actually replaced my hood strut as well this weekend... Never knew that the hood was supposed to go up by itself. U have two struts for your hood? I only have one.

The difference is very nice, but I am still looking forward to switching to HID headlights. Those fogs are amazing though!

Mine also only has one. Seems like some have two and some have one. My doesn't go up by itself either...maybe I'll order a hood strut as well.

So you like the yellow fogs better than white? I've never tried yellow in any of my vehicles

As far as I can tell so far they are a lot better, I haven't had any sever fog/weather lately so I haven't gotten the chance to fully test them. Omelet has been using them for years and said that they are definitely the way to go.

Almost shot it today. I found out that it needs new UCA's, Ball joints, New Inner Tie rods, New sway bar bushings and to top it all off, it needs a new rack and pinion.

The XK is trying my patience today.

Bummer! At least when those are replaced you'll know that you will be good for a long time.

passed the Illinois emissions test today! I was a little worried with the K&N intake and the Hypertech programmer, but it was no problem.

Yellow is definitely the way to go for fogs if your going for performance not looks ( well, looks to if you ask me but that's a personal choice)

Here's an explanation in case you guys haven't found Daniel stern lighting yet

Tracking down an aweful power steering whine. I've looked at the tsb but it's not a grind.

Blew an oil seal of some sort 100 miles from home. Oil all over the cats and exhaust. Lucky the cats didn't catch fire.

FINALLY replaced my struts and shocks yesterday! What a pain in my a##!!!

5 hours, a LOT of heat, and several BFHs later, got them all done. Took an hour to get the clevis bolt out on the drivers side, passengers side wouldn't come out at all.
Rear shocks took 15 minutes!!! LOL!!!
I can't believe the difference!!
Also raised the front end almost three quarters of an inch!
