You don't even need to be in park. Just hold it down for 5-7 seconds and you're good.

Cruised around in over a foot of snow all morning. With my OME lift and skinny 255/80 BFG MT's it was a blast and I never had to worry about getting stuck.

Wow that's very surprising. Did you torque them to the proper ft lbs? Glad you're okay.

Performed the worst oil change of my life.

It was freezing outside today and really windy. It was a ***** to keep it clean. To make matters worse, I found out my air filter on my AFE CAI had fallen off (couldn't have been for very long) and when putting the new oil filter on, I double gasketed it bc the old one stayed on. Oil loss everywhere!

The only good thing to come of it was that when buying some things at Walmart, they bagged my oil without it scanning. $28 saved

So my wife got me an awesome christmas gift, totally not like her to support my Jeep obsessiveness! Technically I installed it yesterday, but just now getting to posting it.

I also have a question... When it is below about 40 degrees outside my abs light and traction control light come on. It doesn't happen every time, but it is very annoying because it also shows in my display as my brake system needing serviced. Anybody have any clues as to why this happens?

I didn;t use a torque wrench but I tightened them like lug nuts as tight as I could. Then stood on the four way and pulled on the other side. I would think that is a little more then 100 ft#. so in a way yes they where torqued. I installed them a few thousand miles ago though.

I got an extra uncut key fob in the mail today. My spare has been acting up and I figured I should get a third one to program just in case. $50 on eBay and it's almost identical except no Jeep logo on the back.

Just picked up a dynomax muffler from a friend. I guess it's similar to a flow master 40 or 44(?). he had it installed on a wj for a week then decided to go straight pipe. Ill be welding it on hopefully after work today

Did you buy the blue CRD from Courtenay Toyota? I was drooling over that one as well...

My WK is in near perfect condition, basically a new Jeep with 7 years experience. I am amazed at how clean it is. My new Dakota back in 03 was not this nice after 1 year and I babied that thing.

That should have been way over 100 ft/lbs, over torquing can be as bad as under torquing

You probably over torqued them. My old spacers (non spidertraxx) failed when the inspection people used an air gun to put the wheels back on.

Proper torque ratings for the spidertraxx are 90-100 lbs.

Went to get it inspected in va and it was failed due to having led tail lights...as well as a bad ball joint?!?! The tolerance is apparently .020" and it was just a hair over that...bs.
