i tried to wire this 6 ohm load resistor to prevent my LED turn signals from hyper flashing but it isn't working...they blink just as fast as before and I have the taps squeezed as tight as possible...thoughts/suggestions? the wiring diagram i found said to wire the positive to the middle wire coming from the bulb housing. The bulb housing itself calls this wire the "minor" positive.

Almost bought those... even created an email and everything for the guy. Till a friend repointed out they were running 16's, not 17's like our truck needs lol.

Where are all the good looking 17 deals! lol
Well those wheels wont work on our axles, but you can fit a 16" steel wheel with the right backspacing.

You need to run the resistor from the green (blinker) wire to ground (either the plug ground or frame ground). So take it off the positive (black with pink stripe) and clip it on the green. And you might need to use 3hom resistors if the 6ohm don't work.

What year is your jeep? The 05 knob should fit completely fine on yours. The commander knob took about a pound of pressure for it to slide down.

If you still want to do the swap, I would gladly ship my 05 knob to you in exchange for the knob you have now. I'll even pay for your shipping to me!

These directions were spot on: http://www.wkjeeps.com/interior/wk_s..._remove_01.jpg

Yes that's the same one but if you look at the auction pictures you will see that there is a scratch in the chrome. I thought about that one but the one I got was just slightly more and in pristine condition.

I have had these on mine for some time now and I love them! They were only $2 and work so well.

Where'd you get those? Closest I can find are these:

5.7 Hemi 05 Limited, but I'm sure they make one for yours too, the link seems to have a few different options (searching on my phone so it's hard to browse haha)

Have an 05, it's parked next to my 2010 right now, that's how I know they are different.

Have you tried the 10 on the 05?

I pulled the knob off of the 05 and tried to put it on the 2010 shifter, wouldn't fit.

The 2010 knob on the 05 shifter was loose.

That's odd. I was pretty sure the 05-10s were all the same.
