after one jig saw, two grinders, a sawzall, and 2 hours i just took care of the pinch weld mod up front ... i attempted to re mold the well walls but that didnt work out as planned ...

also gave the new rims a nice fresh coat of paint and according to ups my spacers will be here tomorrow so hopefully the rims will go on then ..

To help improve the gas mileage I rotated the lug nuts once again as recommended per the regular useage maintenance schedule. When all was done I had 10 lugs left over - can't figure out where I went wrong. 2 of the wheels felt really loose. Will have to look at this closer tomorrow.

I did this other day ended up with 9 1/2 lug nuts......

Seriously, how the heck do you get the cross rails off the roof rack?!?! I screwed the black screws completely off to release the metal plate underneath but I can't get the plate off...I asked on another thread and they said to pull out the metal pin but mine won't come off...even with pliers I can't get ahold of it enough to pull on it without them slipping off...what's the trick?

Blue is at the dealership for the front diff bushings because if the Clonk and new plugs...all 16 of them.. Wheres the best place to get the short wires from? Do I order them under an 05 jeep or some other car?
