I did the same thing going up Red Cone in Colorado. Damn tree stump jumped up and bent the rocker and door. Took it to the auto body shop. They originally wanted about $1500 to fix/repaint. I asked what their hourly rate was and told them to do what they could in an hour. Not too bad for $65 or so.

Here's what mine looked like before:

And then after:

Installed my Hella 500ff's behind the grille, and the stock fogs. Also installed front and rear tow hooks but didn't take any pics of those.

No the door is not open, actually it would not open. The fender is indeed pushed in in the first pic. That was the night the damage happened. The next morning I popped out the fender myself in an attempt to get the door to open. Still didn't open. I tried to bend the door skin back but it would not budge, only cracked the paint. That was when I decided to take it to the body shop. They did a pretty good job. They wanted to replace the front fender too as part of the $1500, then blend in the doors, hood, front bumper, etc. Today you wouldn't notice it unless I told you it was there.

This exact same thing happend to me, i dont have any pics but thats what mine looked like except my rocker panel was really messed. after $120 bucks and a new rocker panel, the fender bent back, and my door being bent back it looks almost perfect.

Put on my Monroe load levelers yesterday. Man, they ride SOOOO MUCH better than the Rusty's shocks I've had for the last year.

Nice. I love mine. Did you get the stock length or the longer pair?

It's hard to see but the corner is almost folded like paper. In the "fixed image" the touch up paint is still wet, and there was a lot of scuffs from the rubber mallet that make it look like its scratched. The rocker panel has a small crack thats not in the pic and was falling off the door, a lot of the mounts broke. It's not beautiful but it looks better.

Longer ones. I had to use a floor jack and a BF pry bar to get the bottom of the shock to line up. It was actually very easy. Now I plan to get the OME front struts to bring it back to level.

Made a front hitch for my XK and today I finally had time to install it. I made it to tuck in high, just below the license plate bracket. It doesn't reduce front approach angle, the tow hooks are actually lower than the hitch. Now I can use my winch front or rear.
