Valley hitch vs. Mopar hitch....

Ok, so I have a 2009 Commander with the V6 hamster wheel under the hood.
I am stuck in a debate between the Valley hitch and the factory Mopar unit.

The 2 Mopar receiever, bezel and 7-pin connector (might as well since the price is the same) I am looking at $280 from

Now the Valley unit is $189 for the hitch and their 4-pin hardness at

Valley has a 500 Tongue and 5000 trailer max while the Mopar has a 350 Tongue and 2000 trailer max.

So basically I am paying $100 more for less weight, but a cleaner look by having it fit into the rear bumper????

Cleaner look , better fit, easier fit, less installation time, & You will also retain the ground clearance.

Personally I would go with the Valley. It will mount up just as easily. You will find it even cheaper on with free shipping. (If not the Valley, then the equivalent in Reese etc.) OE is never the better choice with hitches unless it's your only option.
