To trim or not to trim an '08 limited bumper...

Trying to work up the nerve to trim my bumper either to the first crease or the second... I've been searching the forums for an hour now and haven't seen what i'm looking for. Has anyone done it?

I'm not sure if you know this or not, but that lower air dam can be removed with a few clips. Here's what it looks like on an 08+ bumper

Interesting... I haven't seen that before. I figured I would lose the fog light pocket if i took it off... but the doesn't look half bad. Thanks!

I can't stand the look of my plastic piece below the bumper. I think I'll take it off this weekend?

I remove the lower section when I off-road. I only use 4 out of the 7 clips just so its quicker to remove. A bit of a nuisance to remove and install and store the lower section, but I find the 08 WK is much more stable when towing if the lower section is installed, I guess it pushes more air around the vehicle rather than letting the air go underneath.

I trimmed mine to the first crease so 1-2 inches off.
