Transfer Case NV140 Clunking

Hey guys, I have an 05 GC 3.7L 4x4, and I have a terrible clunking sound under hard acceleration coming from the transfer case (NV140). I would like to get some help on this. I think it can be three things, 1. The transfer case chain. 2. The drive shaft CV Joint (side that connects to the transfer case). 3. The planetary gears. PLEASE HELP!
