TPMS Sensor
1 Attachment(s)
Good evening,

I am wondering if the following is a sign that the TPMS sensor has gone bad. The right rear tire is the one in question. Please see attached picture.

I know there have been numerous threads pertaining to this, but have not seen any photos.

Your input is greatly appreciated.

Why do you have such a large difference in pressure between tires? I keep them within 1psi of each other. The difference you have can cause handling issues

You should be fine. Ive had a couple of mine do this before and then 15 mins later showing numbers again. Correct me if im wrong but im assuming its just recalibrating maybe

Mine does the same every now and then. It also says Service Tire Pressure System about 3 minutes into every drive.

Most of the time they will do this if the battery is failing or some fix-a-flat is used inside tire.

The time now is 03:34 PM.
