You are absolutely correct. My wife was headed westbound through a green light, and some guy in a BMW ran his red light and hit my jeep right in the doors and rolled it. Wifey got banged up pretty good and is feeling it. I don't know about the other driver.

It's a real shame. We loved that jeep!!! It was a Limited with the 5.7 Hemi and loaded out. Great for the whole family and towing my pontoon boat. It was a 2007 with less than 80,000 miles on it. It was so nice inside and out. ***pardon me while I wipe away a tear*** Anyway, the bright side is that I had it paid off so I should be able to get another one after I settle.

Poor thing! Hope you can find a equivalent if not better? Hope your wife is ok? She'll probably be feeling it for quite some time to come too.

I know Fer Shure these trucks are TOUGH

I was in the drivers seat of that ZJ - when hte responders arrived, they thought I was dead. When they saw me waving at them they realized I wasn't.

but sadly, the ZJ was lost.

Yet life is still worth living! Please extend my sympathies to your wife. Also, please follow up with her physician regularly. I had a brain injury that didn't show up for about 6 weeks but I ended up needing surgery for it.

The roof pillars held up very well.

I hope she makes a full recovery.

Same thing happened right in front of me (almost was me) where a Honda blew through a red light into an oldish truck and made the truck catch air bounce off the wk next to him then rolled the other way. The people in the truck came out with scratches and bruises and the person in the Honda was pretty banged up. The wk (dark blue one in front of mine) got hit up at the engine area and the owner and wife were physically unharmed they even had a baby that was still sleeping in the back.

The dent on the side the picture was taken was where they hit the top of the jeeps engine bay with the bottom area of their truck

That jeep was just great for everything my family wanted to do. Especially hauling my boat. I think I will probably look for another one.
