Tail Light Assembly Out When Headlights On

I have an issue. My left tailight assembly goes out when I have my headlights on. When the headlights are off, it works perfectly fine. When I turn them on, the enrtire assembly goes out (taillight, turn signal, brake light). Anyone have any ideas?

Don't know if you already fixed this, but it's the light bulb. Just replaced mine today, same symptoms.
