Although I have done every install and wrench job on all of my other vehicles I let 4wp do this one. They had done plenty of them and said the 1st one was a PITA! Also helped that I came in during the summer blast sale (Saturday only) and got 1/2 price install

The ironic thing is that last weekend (while they had the truck) I helped a buddy lift his Rover, so I was wrenching anyway

That rustys spacer up front, just like a 2" plate, or is it a bit smaller?

The plates are just shy of 1/2" thick. The ride is more firm than stock, but not harsh. Having a bunch more tire under there really helps.

I thought the stock ride was too "squishy" anyway.
