Stereo Help

So my 05 WK's disc changer sounds like its eating all the discs inside. It will stop after about ten minutes of running the car. But, I cannot switch modes out of radio to CD and it will not eject anything either.

I'm thinking I need a new unit. I want double din but apparently mine will only fit single din because I do not have the nav system. Any suggestions on what to do so I am not looking foolish with a single din sitting in the massive dash?

Buy the parts to make it double DIN , i know it has been covered, you just need to OEM parts to do it. Then install a nice aftermarket unit.

Will I just need a new bezel and mounting hardware for a double din, or is there more to it?
