Stalling problem

Hi all,

I just leased a shiny black, fully loaded minus the overhead dvd player 2006 Jeep Commander and I loved it UNTIL it stalled on me 4 times yesterday (I haven't even made my 1st lease payment). It's really scary and I'm taking it back to the dealer for diagnosis. They said that this has never happened with the Jeep Commander before, but I'm reading that it has. I'm hoping that they can fix it (free of course), so I can go on some road trips for the holidays without being afraid that someone's going to run into the back of me and my family.

If you've had this problem, please let me know IF and how they were able to fix it.

Read the other thread and suggest you report incident in http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/ivoq/. The more incident the better chance of DC finding or causing a fix. This of course is on top of your visit to the dealer.
