Smaller bezel for navigation

If you look here, you can see that this guy has the stock navigation bezel, and then a smaller bezel to make his 7" screen fit in his navi bezel nicely. Does anyone know where I can pick something like this up?

When you buy a car audio product from Crutchfield, they provide all of the installation adapters and such free of charge. Usually they don't post these items for sale in their catalogs or on their website, if you want one you would have to call them. See the pm I sent.
