SIRIUS Hardwire

Any help would be great!

I bought the SIRIUS SIR-PVK1 Vehicle install kit for a SIRIUS receiver. This is a hardwire kit that is mostly plug and play, however I do need to tap into a proper power source that will turn off when the car is off. I am not very familiar with wiring, etc, so if anyone can help, that would be great. Please keep it as simple as possible, because I am a mess with electrical stuff.

It is on a 2007 Grand Cherokee Laredo.

I have installed a couple of XM units 2 different ways. One I taped into a fuse on a panel on a Chevy truck and on my Jeep a friend of mine works at a instal shop. I just asked him which wire to tap into.
Both times FREE.
