Should I have P73 recall, even if N23 was not done

Hi everybody, I hope you are having a nice day

I have a 2006 Jeep GC WK 4.7 (OTII) with 100k miles on it. Knowing the 4wd low issue it caused, I ignored the N23 recall.
4wd low on my jeep works, but occasionally it can throw service 4wd warning when I try to shift into 4wd low.
This warning appears only when I try to switch in to 4wd low but never during driving or etc. When I get the warning, turning the car off and then back on sometimes solve it, but a few times I needed to do the fuse trick for it to go away and 4wd low to work. Once done it takes 4-6 months for the warning to comeback again. Also, OBD doesn't show any codes(even when the "service 4wd" warning is present).

So my question is,in your opinion, should I have p73? My car do occasionally have the service 4wd warning as the p73 describes but it isn't related to n23 and I am not sure p73 would make it go away or make it worse.
