Sell me your OLD 4xGuard Front Skid

Hey;

Who wants to get rid of their original style 4xGuard Front Skid?

Or any 4xGuard front skid will do.

I want to paint it body color, so surface condition isn't important to me.

Any color, or shape, or model, or style.

Let me buy it from you!

TC

Is the gen 1 aluminum? I know it's the gen 1 4xGuard front skid for a fact. It weighs 35 lbs if that helps

Yes the original 4xG front and rear skids were aluminum. He found them to not work too well so he redesigned then and made them out of .25" steel instead.

I believe the new steel ones weigh 28 lbs.

I'm surprised the alum. is not lighter, though it looks bigger than the newest ones.

To settle any confusion this is the original aluminum skid I am talking about. There aren't too many of them out there!

Well that's nice to know haha. I read in your build that you liked the first gen the best out of them all

Okay then mines not that. I'm pretty sure mines steel. It's wide around the corners unlike the new ones

Well the one I liked was the first steel one before they shortened it. Probably the one you have.

This was the shorter one that I got, I believe they called the the 4.
