That might help with the deductible. If an insurance company has to pay, they're gunna make you pay too, one way or another.

Well yeah I agree the deductible is like 500 still they just said that I won't get a higher rate like aka letting me pass on this one kind of thing

It's not unheard of. Are you speaking to your agent, or the 1-800?

Speaking to your agent is the best bet on this.

I suggest if you don't want scratches on your jeep dont go offroading.

Unfortunately this is the truth. On the days I do go offroading i grab a hedge trimmer and tree pruner and throw them in the back.i only had one bad trail that i had to jump out and trim back the branches, but it saved me hours of polishing.

well the scratches that i got from off roading where not that bad. however in my accident the scratches from the accident were terrible
