Replacing tensioner and pulleys (4.7 V8)

So I did a search and there isn't a whole lot of info on part #s, brands, etc...

I can hear one of the pulleys making noise on the tensioner.

Am I right that the tensioner itself has two pulley on it? Both the tensioner and the idler?

I am thinking that I will just replace the whole assembly. Looks like just a 15mm bolt holding it on?

Lastly, any preference in part manufacturers? Go OEM off eBay or is a Gates, Goodyear, AC Delco off Amazon just fine?

And why are there two different part #s for the tensioner on Amazon?

Gates 38167 $44.38
Gates 39120 $52.30

AC Delco 38167 $48.92
AC Delco 39120 $46.98

my guess would be one part # is for '05-'07 and the other part # is for '08+, there was a pretty significant refresh for the 4.7's in '08.

here's some reading:
