Replacing muffler and tailpipe 08 3.7L

Has anyone replaced their muffler and tailpipe (did the work themselves) on a 2008 3.7L Grand Cherokee? Was looking up replacements and noticed they are quite expensive. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

just get an aftermarket one wielded on. I was looking at 500$ cdn just for a stock bolt on muffler for the commander. Payed $350 with labor and taxes for the wield on one. It is louder then stock but it means i can here my wife coming into the driveway
