Rear end whine

The wifes new GC has a whiny rear end in it. If you are driving at 65 you can here it and if you let off the go pedal it will go away until you step on the pedal again. Do all of these trucks have this whine?

Thanks guys for the help!!!

There have been articles stating this is just what they do, although I find it hard to believe it to be normal, see if any of these other guys know more than me.
