Rain/water coming in from A-pillar

2006 WK with 75k miles. We had heavy rain and wind last night, and on my way to work I was greeted with water seeping out of the driver-side A-pillar screw holes. Thoughts?

Yeah, whatever genius engineer thought using a corrugated tube for draining should have his head checked!

I think after winter I am going to do some sort of mod and swap out that corrugated tube for something smooth, like some silicone tubing.

Thanks fellas. after some research I'm 90% it is clogged up drain tubes. Seriously though Jeep engineers...wtf.
