quadra drive II or quadra trac II 2008 ZJ ?

I am going to buy a new 2008 Grand Chrokee Limited, 5.7 L. I have a good price (30K) but it has a Quadra Trac II - and I thought the Quadra Drive II was better. I drive a lot in Colorado mountain snow but little hard-core off-road. Should I grab it, or find a QD II ? Thanks!

Sorry! WK it is! Still could use some advice - I am coming to understand tech differences. Does it matter?

Quadra drive is better in every way, I have Quadra trac on my ZJ and our WJ with quadra drive is better in the snow. They both have the same t-cases but the axles are different.
