QD II Front Diff

Anyone know the MOPAR part #'s for '06 JGC QD II front differential. I need the ring and pinion gear and maybe also the complete assembly (ELSD).
I think it is C200FE, but not sure.
It would also be helpful if anyone knows a supplier for these.

Thank you. I also have a parts manual, but without the number for the 3.73 gears.
Appreciate it!

This is a long story, but here goes...
I took the truck to a 'specialist' for wheel balancing to fix a vibration at about 60mph. The could apparently not remove the wheels due to a stuck bolt/nut, so they did on car balancing. Only problem is they only lifted one wheel at a time and then spun it for balancing. By the time I realized what they were doing it was to late. I am sure it can not be good for the drivetrain. Already replaced the rear diff and transfer case since.
About a week later, I went up u long steep dune. I tried in low range just to see what is the change from high rang. There were a couple of loud bangs from underneath with a grinding sound. After that the truck sometimes violently pulled to the right. Mainly in a turn to the right also. Again with a grinding sound. It almost felt as if the axle was locking up.
Took it to my Jeep guy for the front diff, but said he could not find anything but I don’t think he actually stripped the diff and examined the gears. Never had the grinding problem again, but there is now a slight diff whine. Most audible when you let off the gas at about 40mph. There is also backlash somewhere in the front. You can hear a clunk in the front somewhere with stop/start in traffic. Had the same on the rear diff, but was fixed after rebuild.
BTW, the check 4WD SYSTEM message is always on. Ever since I bought it (at 35000 miles). Don’t know if it is related.
The warning does not however come on if I leave the key on ACC for 1 or 2 seconds before starting, so maybe not related.
