Push Button Start?

Can I buy this part...1FU931X9AC...and just drop it in my Jeep and it work? Says it's compatible with my Jeep.

I don't know - I found this on the challenger, seems like it's a bit more than just dropping in, at least on the dodge....

Yeah I came across that same thing yesterday but I can't figure out how to know if your Jeep already has all that stuff? Is part of the Keyless Go the proximity sensor so that you don't have to unlock your doors you just walk up to it? When I first was reading about it, it kinda sounded like if you had an 08+ and you had the remote start from factory then all you needed was the drop in button. But then after reading that write-up, sounds more complex but like you said, it is on a dodge. So who knows. Just though it would be nice to have the push button if it was that easy.

So apparently it's a pretty expensive mod...I'd still love to do it though. Maybe one day, WAY down the road.
