P0158 02 sensor 2/2 circuit high

Looking for guidance with this. My 05 grand cherokee limited had this code pop up the other day. i bought a new NTK sensor for it today and i'm wondering how easy this is to do on my own and where the sensor is exactally located.

2/2 is bank 2 - downstream . So passenger side after the cat . That's the easiest one to get at if you were going to try one .
