To route the wires for the LEDs I used the grommet that the ballast wires were using. On the passenger side there is already useless wires running through it, but not on the drive side. On the PS I snipped the unused wires and kept three of them to use for the LEDs and on the DS I ran three wires through to match the PS. This what it looks like:

This way I didn't have to drill and fill any holes! And it looks a lot cleaner.

This is gonna look sweet! Wish I had the time and patience for a project like this. Maybe after the house renovations I will attempt something similar.

Yes those are the side markers that came in the headlamp. Not aftermarket covers.

I am working on it! My mom is coming tonight so I had the help the wife clean today. I didn't get as much done as I had hoped. They will be finished tomorrow for sure! I am working on the spacers right now. but the lamps are back together waiting to go in. I will snap a pick in a little bit
