The Jeep is looking real beastly now. You should be able to tackle some real big rocks now. Do you think this new lift will improve the ability to stuff the front tires any better than before?

The stripes/badges look very cool as well.

Yes they are both made by him.

Thanks bud! The new kit won't improve up travel, I was maxing that out before. The real benefit it down travel, I gained 3" of down travel up front and after new rear shocks 3" in the rear.

I am having my buddy there take care of the crossmember notch. I don't have a torch or plasma cutter and I was not going to get my angle grinder up in there. I would love to buy a plasma cutter, but just isn't happening right now. So this is the cheap and not so easy way!

I am not sure what he normally charges, you will have to email him and ask.

I'm not really up on wheeling independent front suspensions. The reason I ask is that whenever I see WK's flexing they don't seem to be able to stuff the front tires. What is limiting the front axles from uptravel? I've never really looked into it but would love to know.

I think it is because most guys do not disconnect the sway bar. But trust me I can stuff it

Thanks bud just trying to do my part

I picked he up from 4WP and enjoyed a nice slow drive home. It was great to drive her again. It has been almost a week of work with no pleasure! Everything felt nice and tight and very well controlled. My tape measure alignment must have been pretty good since the ESP didn't bug me and it wasn't pulling to either side. I will still make an appointment next week when I get back to have it perfect. I am hoping to get the lifetime firestone alignment, but I haven't called to see if they will do it on such a modified beast yet Anyway here is a pics of the notch:

I didn't have any rubbing on the way home, but I didn't step on it yet to see how much it will flex at WOT. However I did add a nice sticker to the SL belly pan

Haha I like the ORT underneath! The manager at my local firestone is really nice and I have seen some seriously modded trucks with the lifetime alignment I don't think they will have a problem.

Just bought my jeep in February. 07 WK Laredo. Been reading your forum all night and day. Your jeep is truly a sight to behold. Love everything you've done with it. Keep it up. Ever think you will get to that point where you sell it to start another project or are you keeping this Beaty in the family for a very long time.

07 WK 3.7, Cree 7w reverse lights, tinted tails, kicker audio, K&N filter, ported TB, RC 1.25in spacers, Bilstein HDS, 4 prong plugs, aux lights, Bedliner'd grill, rear step and rear latch cover.
