Is this normal drive line movement? (video)

A couple months ago I replaced the front diff bushings to remove that obnoxious clunk everyone is so fond of. Yesterday I was using the car (my wife's so I don't use it everyday) and noticed the clunk was back.

Got under there and sure enough my brand new bushings were torn apart. In the process I noticed there is a ton of play in the driveshafts. When you move it from neutral to drive the whole vehicle jumps and its no surprise the shock of it all tore the bushings again.

So I'm trying to figure out what needs replacing. I can rotate the drive shafts quite a bit by hand, both front and rear. What you see in the video I can do in the opposite direction with the front shaft at the same time. On something like an np231 I'd just tear it apart and replace the chain but I'm unsure what part the clutch plays in this full time case and whether this kind of rotation is normal.

Would someone maybe be willing to go out and check their vehicle and see how much play they have in this regard?
