New Tires Question ?

So I have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x2 completely stock right now. I want to get bigger tires (Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor) which are P245 65R17 105S. Normal tires for my car are P235 65R17 103S. My question is, Can I get these bigger tires without having to get anything else such as spacers or a lift, in other words, will the tires fit on my Jeep with no problems?
Thanks

245-65 were stock on limiteds and some laredos so it will fit no problems. Why not bump it up one more size and fill those wheels wells a little better.
