My Jeep thus far..

I figured I'd post some pictures of the current status of my Jeep. So here it goes:

OME MD with 265/70s

OME Medium Duty

Treadwrights

Kicker Audio

Switches

AFE Stage II

Weathertech Mats (love these!)

Overall I am very pleased with the look and ride of my Jeep. DEFINITELY worth the extra cost for the OME. So glad I went that way instead of the budget boost. Very slight rub only at full lock with the 265/70s. I am running 1/4" Baer billet wheel spacers up front to clear the calipers. I am very pleased with the Treadwright tires. Very hard to tell the difference from the real thing. My only complaint I guess would have to be the weight and the extra weight it took to balance them (let's just say it took a lot).

The AFE intake is nice and really make the Hemi roar. As I have stated many times before, the Weathertech mats are one of my best purchases. I love their look, feel, fit and finish, and durability. The Kicker audio is definitely a step up from the Boston Acoustics but I am not entirely thrilled with them. I still need to upgrade the amp to the Kicker unit and I will wait until then to decide if it was a total worthwhile purchase. The switches will be used for lighting that will be on the Rola rack both front and rear as well as maybe come lighting below the bumper, still not sure.

Future plans include some simple visual upgrades like SRT pedals, removing dumb painted pin striping, and a full on detail. I also have 4xGuards 12 bolt diff guard on order, just waiting for them to send that out hopefully soon. I am trying to decide on what lighting I want to go with for the Jeep. I am looking at the Baja Designs Soltek Fuegos, Rigid Industries LED light bars, the trusty Hella 4000 compacts, or possibly Lightforce. Just not sure where and how I want to apply my money.

Anyway, that's all for now. Feel free to ask any questions. I know I had plenty going into all of this.

How long have you had the treadwrights on?

I have had the lift and tires on for a week. So far so good. I couldn't say no to the price and couldn't find a bad review of them.

Very nice look'n WK there. The WK has always had this majestic 'stance' about it... especially from the rear. Always looks good.

I agree. My favorite view is from the back. Haha.

Looks good! I like the pinstripe with the the "jeep". I'm also running the TW's 265/70/17 in the Guard Dog tread. They do take some weight to balance. I am very happy with them though. They have been on for about 2k.

Haha I actually am trying to get rid of the pinstripe. It's painted on and a pain to get off. I have never been a fan of pin stripping. Glad to hear the tires are working well for you!

I basically just cut out the cubby enough to add in the switch pods. I got the idea from some that did something similar but with different switches. I'll try and get some more pictures here soon and post them up.

Got a few more goodies this week.

As everyone has said, these were a PITA to put on. So far I like them.

Also, I finally received my 4xguard 12 bolt diff guard. Their customer service has been top notch since I ordered over a month ago and it ended up getting to me sooner than they had originally planned. Great construction, solid welds.

It will be going on when I do a full lower fluid change. And yes, I realize I still need another quart of gear oil. I bought out all that Autozone had. I even got a great deal on them. The woman ringing me up was shocked at how much each quart was ringing up ($17.99) and said that she would get me a discount to help out. Ended up getting a quart for free! Not bad!

Also got in the front differential front bushings to fix the clunk I have when shifting the trans.

That will keep me busy for a week or so. I have a billet tech catch can coming to me later this week and will install that next week.
