Moon Roof Shade off Track

Hey guys hows it going, can anyone tell me how to go about getting my moon roof sun shade unstuck its currently off track. If it helps its an 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Its the sliding shade that you can pull shut to block the light from the moon roof if that adds clarification lol.

Unless you can work with it with out removing the liner. I am afraid you will have to remove it.

Remove the headliner? IS that hard to do on these I have never done it before on a jeep.

Be careful when removing it, it folds very easily where the grab handles in the rear are
