Pretty new to all of this, what spacers are we talking about?

2 Ways to do the modified lift. Usually done with coils stacked with rustys 2" poly spacer in rear. Front is done with either coils stacked with rustys strut spacer or coil and Blistein 5100 Ride Height Adjustable Strut set at 0.75" lift.

Lift went well but now I have kind of like a clunking/grinding noise coming from my driver side tire. Not sure what it is but I feel like it's the cv axle...any ideas? Only happens between 0-10 miles forward and reverse.
