Maintenance Service Plan Advice Needed
Hi. I'm the owner of a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lmtd. (with a Hemi 5.7L V8 engine) that currently has just over 60,000 miles on it as of today. Just a few months ago, the warranty I had through CarMax (where I bought the vehicle used almost 3 years ago) expired. I know find myself wondering whether or not it would be wise to invest in an extended Maintenance Service Plan through my local Jeep dealership or not.
As far as the vehicle itself goes, I've kept up with all the recommended maintenance on it. Also, I have yet to have any major issues with the vehicle either. However, with all that being said, I know that there is always the possibility that something may go on the vehicle as the mileage accumulates.
So, I was looking for anyone who may have any advice on this issue. Any input would be greatly appreciated as I decide what to do.
