I just hit up a local shop from Mickeys Dealer Locator. The MTZ tires are just out from what the guy said so I dont think I can find them much cheaper , I have delt with 4wheel parts and didnt like the service .. My main concern is if they will fit my commander without a lift .

i am running 265/70r17 with a 2.25" lift. the tires added another 1" so I got 3.25" total. I am running spacers so i dont have to trim the infamous bolt right above the tire. if you run w/o spacers, you will need to trim it otherwise the tires will not fit. you will also get more rubbing w/o the spacers on full lock. i have a GC, so it may be fine on the commander.
