You could always plastic dip the entire thing. Check out the videos on this youtube channel > https://www.youtube.com/user/DipYourCarcom

ok so what do you want to do with it- i see youre in NY, do you plan on wheeling it or just daily driving it regularly? got a couple options- lift it with a nice JK rim and some tires, or level it with again some nice rims and tires. call it a day for the aesthetics.

This is my every day car and will be for some years now..was gonna buy rims in the next couple months just getting the funds together and I've thought about dipping it cause I like the matte black look I could spray on there but idk I'm thinking changing up the front a little bit..maybe do something like some off-road lights or something but I've been seeing a lot of cool looking jeeps on Instagram and stuff haha it's just got me thinking.

These are the rims I'm looking at:

do some personal mods. i did the mesh grille mod on my wk limited and painted the metal mesh an off-white color and i also added some orange d-ring shackles along with the shackle mounts off ebay to mount them. both look nice.

dude make it. do a search. i did mine on my jeep and took me probably total 8 hours of work. alot of time was spent just painting multiple coats of paint andletting them dry fully. if you go to my post titled "d-ring shackle questions" or something similar to that you will see my grille on the jeep. all the stuff to do it was bought at lowes for under 40$.

check it out and let me know what you think

You could lower it if you're into that. To each their own.

Yes the diamond cut metal lathe works just fine. Just take care when working with it.
