Looking to buy an 08 WK

Found this clean looking 08 on my local CL. Is this a good price? Anything to look for specifically for this year. This would be a DD for my wife.

Are they pricing it as if it had a Hemi in it vs the 3.7L?

I'm not sure actually. Is it priced high?

I think it is priced fairly. Just check Autotrader to be sure.

That's the price for one with those options I think the hemi would be considerably higher

I just bought practically the same jeep, miles and everything for 12. If it's a 4x4, but I have cloth instead of leather. Seems like a good price but I would offer a little less.

Just got back from the jeep dealer and they had a similar used 08 but it was a base model (cloth seats, no sunroof) and no 4x4. Test drove it and it was great. Out the door price was 19500. Needless to say we walked out.

We just went and looked at it tonight and it is very clean. The only downside is there is no 4x4.

No 4x4? Take off 2 grand or walk away.

I think it's a fair price, i have the same year. Mine have heated leather seats and sunroof, I paid 15.9 for mine. However that was beginning of 2012. I feel thats a good/fair price. Do you like the tan seats though? Mine is black on black interior, and I love it.

Also im not sure what your budget is but i wish i bought a 4.7 or hemi 5.7. even though the 3.7 still has some power, just doesn't make me go 6-12oclock. (if you know what i mean haha)

Great input, thanks. I kind of like the red/tan combo although black on black would be awesome. As far as the engine goes I would prefer the 4.7 or hemi of course but I haven't been able to find one around here. There was a hemi for 15.5 but it has a salvage title from what the seller claimed was "hail damage".

The weather in Tucson. Does it snow? Does your wife drive flat terrain most of the time? Do you ever go off road or might you some time? Are you ever going to tow something? Are you going to keep it forever? The Trail Rated badge is worth something. This Jeep doesn't have one. Seems like it is priced as if it did. I would think $11k. Good luck whatever you do.

Well I have my TJ Rubi edition for offroading so this will simply be a street queen. It doesn't ever snow and if we ever move somewhere that it does we have the TJ. We probably won't keep it forever (around 4 years) so it won't be a big deal if we need something else.
