Lift & Tires, will this work????

I have an 09 Overland and I want to lift it. I want to use the OME lift springs (2.0 inch), Procomp wheels (18x8.5 5 on 5 with 5.5 in backspace), and Michelin 275/65-18 LTX A/T 2 (32.1 inch). I'm willing to shave down the bolt and pinch weld. Does anybody know if this setup will work?

It has enough backspace you definitely shouldn't need to cut the bolt. The tires should be a good size so you wont have to do the pinch weld but I'm not 100% on that one.
