Knock at 25mph

Let me start this off by saying this is a great forum. Just bought a 06 wk 2 weeks ago and have noticed when I am decelerating at 25 mph there is a knock in the transmission. It is like when it is downshifting in to 2nd gear you feel it stutter I was wondering if this is common or something I need to get looked before warnetty runs out with dealer. Any help is greatly appreciated thanks in advanced.
