So here's my question. Can someone explain the whole backspacing thing to me?
If you're willing to sell a set of those at a reasonable price to a fellow wk owner with a limited budget please let me know haha.

Basically the distance from the inside lip of the wheel to where it bolts up to the axle.. you have nothing to worry about putting those on ur wk.

A friend of a friend is selling a set of 255/75/17 bfg km tires for 600. Less then a month old. Once I get my lift on should there be any issue running these? Seems like a great price.

And another question. The only spacers I see online are the spidertrax 1.5". I see people talk about 1.25" and .25" spacers, where are these found?

This is only speculative, but... I think the 1.25 are for a different lug pattern and size... because 1.5'' are the only ones that I saw capable of fitting my jeep.

From what I have found, you can get .25", 1", 1.25", and 1.5" spacers. Our lug pattern is 5x5. Do a search on google or ebay and you will find them. If you really care about them being hub and wheel centric then 1.25" and 1.5" are your only options.

I went back to the spidertrax site, and if you select the WJ jeep then you can select the 1.25" spacers. It says they are 5x5 as well, so that should fit right?

If I had known they had 1.25 for "WJ's" I would have selected those... Considering, I know they have the same lug pattern as the WK... why don't they acknowledge this on their site.

So I shot an email off to the spidertrax folks asking about using their 1.25" spacers on the WK and this is the response I just got. Hope it helps.

"The WHS-006 and WHS-010 are identical except for the thickness. Because of the stud length on the WK, the 1.25" space will be a little short and the lug studs can extend past the wheel mounting surface causing the wheel not to seat correctly. If you were to trim the studs to a height below the wheel mounting surface you would be able to use the 1.25" spacers."
