Please provide more details, such as, year, model, engine size, and what is it doing before shutting off.

+ fault codes. If it was a dodge dealer he should be able to get in every system. A start stall situation does sound like a immobilizer fault but codes would confirm + dealer should be able to see WCM data to say valid key or not.

Does it start, run for 2 seconds and stall? If so that is a SKIM out, and there is a problem with the communication between the WCM/WIN and the PCM.

Hi
Ok you have posted in the wrong section but suspect admin will move it as you wanted the ZJ/WJ section.
As for no codes could they communicate with all the modules? And there where no codes in any of them?
Does the gauges work (battery voltage / fuel)? As this will tell us if there is communication between PCM and the dash.
In what order was all these changed? Has the new keys been coded to the new SKIM? And did these code in ok?
