Intermittent Vibration

I have a 2007 Grand Cherokee with a HEMI and 120000 miles

Every once in a while I get a nasty wheel vibration, I had the dealer put on new tires, balance, alignment and they checked everything suspension related. They can't find any problem. I may go a couple of hundreds miles and nothing, Vibration starts at slow speeds, and if I pull over and stop, vibration goes away. If I continue to drive it gets worse. Hitting brakes does not help, Putting car in neutral does not help. Dealer had the jeep for a week and could not duplicate vibration. HELP !!
