install chrome molding on Laredo?

Can you do this? I noticed that 05-06 Laredos have a wider strip on the doors. Does it still fit correctly?

yes....very easy mod.....just pop the plastic ones off....clean up the 3m tape residue with goo gone(if there is any residue) and snap the chrome ones in. Easy.

i once heard that you need a heat element, like a tourch to heat the plastic before removing it cause its hard just to pop them off without damaging the paint. could be wrong though.

I will find out soon cause thats on my next upgrade list.

well....I did kinda heat the molding with a hairdryer to soften the 3M tape. Buts it summer time....just let it set in the sun.
