hooking up heated seats

Can anyone who has replaced their cloth seats for leather tell me what they needed to hook up the heat function? I have the button strip with the heat buttons, do I just need to wire from my seats to that?

I think that there is actually a heated seat module. Not 100% sure though maybe Merlin or someone else will chime in that has looked into it before...

I installed srt seats and my body shop made a harness that activated the heated seats...its totally custom. Anybody that is good with auto electronics can do it.

so you only needed the button strip for the heated seats, and the guy made a harness to plug the seats into the strip? I have heard the module is actually in the seat...

The module is under the passenger seat. What you need is the connector at the seat, the connector for the switch panel, and the wiring manual. If you comfortable with wiring I can look up the schematic when I have time.

Actually, would you happen to have a wiring diagram for the power for the 05 and/or 07 seats? I'm realizing now this is gonna be a lot harder to hook up than the heat!
