Homelink Help!

I have a 2009 WK 3.6L Laredo. It did not come with Homelink. I bought a console that had Homelink and installed it. When I turn my lights on, the Homelink button lights come on- however, whenever I try to do anything, I never get any of the messages on my EVIC. Do I have to get this flashed to work? Am I missing something?

Yes. The dealer has to add the feature code via StarScan.

Nah- I disconnected the battery and unplugged/plugged the unit back in. Works fine now.

Good to know. And that's amazing. Almost everything require a StarScan!
