Hitch Receiver/Wiring Harness

I have a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, I went to my local jeep dealership and picked up the three parts I need to install a hitch (receiver, bezel, wiring harness). It all seems pretty simple once I figured out how the wires run into the fuse box. In the directions it says that I need to take the car to get the wiring kit programed so the car knows that there is a hitch there. I have an aftermarket stereo (Pioneer Avic x940BT) which I got installed with the Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge module which allows the computer to fully function inside the car as if the factory stereo was still in there. Has anyone had any problems or believes I will run into problems with setting the car up for the hitch with an aftermarket stereo in there?
