High flow cats worth it/good idea?

I've got an 07 XK with a CAI and Hypertech Max Energy programmer. I'm getting ready to do the exhaust and wondered about putting some high flow cats in. I've heard they can cause a CEL? Just wanted to know what to do since I'll be in there.

I've heard that WK's aren't a fan of aftermarket cats. I'd personally leave them alone.
