HID Headlights and Halo Fog Lights

I have a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and I am looking to install HID headlights and install fog lights as well. I don't have fog lights in so I would need the entire kit. What would be a good site to go to with all the accessory parts that I would need to install this, and does anyone have good instructions how? Also does anyone know where I can get the Halo fog light kid (I am looking for them to be red if possible)?
