HID fog issue? electrical problem

so this AM we got like 1.5" of rain over night and driving to work all was fine. she was running fine, i made a quick stop at starbucks and went about my commute. upon pulling back onto the highway my battery light came on and my fogs went off. they were on along with my headlights the whole drive to work.

so my fogs shut off and my battery light came on, throwing a low voltage output code and a new one im not familiar with a b2185, high/low output from ignition. could my HID fogs be the culprit for this? apparently they dont like rain? its pouring here so i cant go out and pull them off. any suggestions? thoughts? im contacting the dealer who sold the kit to me and asking their opinion on this.

thanks guys
